Where you're starting from
Spreadsheet or accounting software, this will sound familiar
You don't really know what's yours
There's money in the account, but part of it belongs to taxes and part to bills that haven't arrived yet. Paying yourself out of that is guesswork.
Invoices pile up
Entering them by hand takes hours, so they get put off — and the month closes without you knowing how it went.
Taxes hit all at once
With nothing set aside during the year, the due date stops being paperwork and turns into a cash-flow problem.
How it works
How it works
Three steps. The first takes you a minute; the system does the other two.
You upload your invoices
Drag in the PDFs or photos. Balancily reads them and pulls out vendor, amount, date and number. All you do is confirm what it read.
The money splits itself
Every payment that comes in is divided four ways: tax reserve, your pay, operating expenses and profit.
You know what you can pay yourself
Based on what you've actually collected, not what you invoiced — and with the tax reserve already taken out.
What it does for you
What's included
Automatic invoice reading
Upload the PDF or photo and it records itself. You just confirm what it read.
Profit First and tax reserve
Every payment splits into four buckets, with the reserve already set aside.
Receivables and payables
With aging, so you know who owes you and since when.
Bilingual invoicing
Issue the invoice as a PDF and email it, in Spanish or English.
Assets and depreciation
MACRS, §179 and bonus, calculated by the system.
Savings recommendations
The system reviews your expenses and tells you where you're overpaying.
All of this is in all three plans. The only difference is how many people use the account and how many invoices the system reads for you.
Who built it
At LTG Technology Group we built Balancily because we kept seeing the same problem: the owner works all month, looks at the bank balance, and has no idea how much of that money is theirs. There is no shortage of software, but it is built for accountants and it waits for you to ask. We wanted one that speaks first: how much you can pay yourself today without coming up short on taxes, and what deserves attention this month — a cost that spiked, a reserve that no longer covers, a draw above what you set aside.
When you write, you get an answer from the people who built the system. No call center, no ticket number.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes, from your own account under "Plan and subscription". No calls, no emails. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Nothing is deleted. You can still see everything you uploaded; to enter new information you pick a plan.
- How do I pay?
- By card, through Stripe. Balancily never sees or stores your card number.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If the system doesn't do what this page says, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund that month. Periods already used aren't refunded.
- Is my data separate from other companies'?
- Yes. Each company works in its own space and nobody outside your team has access.
- Is it in Spanish or English?
- Both, and each person on your team picks their own.
