Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Balancily (the "Service"), a product of Lily Technology Group LLC ("we"). By creating an account you accept what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Balancily is financial management software used from a browser. It lets you record invoices issued and received, track collections and payments, manage assets, view reports, and receive suggestions on how to allocate the money that comes in.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
• You are responsible for what happens with your credentials and for the people you give access to your company's account.
• One account corresponds to one company. How many people can use it depends on the plan.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, to upload content you have no right to upload, to attempt to access other companies' data, or to resell the Service as your own. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

4. Free trial

A new account includes 14 days of free trial with no card required. When it ends, the information you uploaded remains visible, but entering new data requires a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends.

5. Pricing, billing and renewal

• Current plans and their prices in US dollars are published on our pricing page (Starter $15/mo, Pro $29/mo, Business $49/mo).
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until you cancel it.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We neither receive nor store your card details.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A new price applies from the following period onward, never retroactively.
• Prices do not include taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

6. Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel at any time from your own account, under "Plan and subscription". There is no need to call or ask permission, and we charge no cancellation fee.
• On cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No further invoices are issued.
• If the Service does not do what we advertise, write to us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund that period. Periods already elapsed and used are not refunded.
• If you stop paying, the account becomes read-only: you can view and export what you uploaded, but not enter new information.

7. Your data is yours

The information you upload — invoices, amounts, vendors, customers — remains your company's. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not show it to other customers. Each company works in a separate space. How it is handled is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

8. The Service is not accounting or tax advice

Balancily performs calculations and offers suggestions based on what you record, but we are not accountants or tax advisors and the Service does not replace one. Decisions about taxes, draws, filings and compliance are yours and your advisor's. We also do not guarantee that the results will match your accountant's if the recording criteria differ.

9. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the Service available and to safeguard your information, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime percentage. There may be interruptions due to maintenance or to failures of third parties we depend on.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will give notice by email or within the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
